Power Generators
The Challenges
- Increased GHG emissions due to fossil fuel burning are responsible for climate change.
- Difficult to replace conventional machines with energy-efficient ones.
- Emission norms are more stringent day by day.
Power Generators
The Solution
H2PEcoPower Fuel Enhancement System
Not an Alternative Fuel and Not an Engine Replacement.
H2PEcoPower (H2P) offers a non-invasive fuel enhancement system.
Up to 40% savings in fuel consumption and, Up to 45% reduction in negative greenhouse emissions.

Why H2P Fuel Enhancement System?
Hydrogen to Power. The critical connection between future fuels and current energy challenges.
Power Generators or Gen Sets, are utilised for several applications including Electricity supply in extremely diverse environments. With a 30 years + Life Span, Owners seek to
GenSets with 20-500 Litres/hour Diesel consumption generate considerable Negative Greenhouse Emissions, due to unburnt fuel & wasted $.
H2P installed Generators with H2 Enriched Fuel via worldwide Patented Software Technology, creates a greater burn of fuel during combustion resulting in 30-40% Fuel Savings and up to 45% Reduction in Emissions.
- Non-Invasive & Easy to Install.
- H2 Supply via Exchangeable Compressed Gas Cylinders, fitted on static Gensets as part of its Operating system.
- Vapour hosing feeds H2 from the Hosing into the Solenoid valve.
Key Safety and Compliance Features
- Hydrogen Gas Cylinders of Mild Steel, withholds H2 Molecules, preventing Seepage.
- G Size Cylinder 8,800 Litres are commonly used singularly or in banks.
- H2 Gas Cylinders while in direct heat up to 575deg.C, can expand 3X its fill capacity before becoming unstable & is thus suitable for use in any Generator environment.
- Cylinders are left hand thread connections & Colour Coded Red for Hydrogen Gas.
- Cylinders are ISO EN 12205 – 2001 / TPED 99/36 CE Standards Compliant.
- Hydrogen Gas flow is controlled by a 2 Stage Regulator maintaining flow rate consistently. Regulator is ISO 2503 Design Standard Compliant.
- Pressure Regulators & 2nd Stage Regulator are used with Safety release valves for gas regulatory / pressure needs.
- Any Gas vented from the storage Cylinder will rise and dissipate naturally and quickly into the atmosphere unlike other fuels (LPG/Diesel) that pool and lay low around the location of a Gas leak.
- High Pressure Braided Transfer Hosing is used.
